The Journey

Old World Christmas joined forces with Digital Position in 2017. Building off a successful wholesale business, they wanted to bring their awesome ornaments direct to consumer. After launching a new Shopify website, we built a new PPC account structure from the ground up.

We relied on competitive research, studying the market, and physically flying to Spokane, WA to meet the team when building our account. Working closely with the client closely and getting facetime was extremely important as we had aggressive growth goals and needed to get up to speed in a very short period of time. We also worked hand in hand with their developers to optimize page speed and landing pages to improve conversion rate.

THE RESULTS

The first year we exceeded the overall direct to consumer goal by 30%, while maintaining a ROAS above goal. We blew Old World Christmas away with performance they weren’t sure was even possible.

In year 2, we grew the online business 142% year over year, while also improving PPC ROAS by over 60%! Shopping campaigns drove 235% more revenue year over year, and conversion rate improved 32%.
