On-Page Optimization is the foundation of SEO; the very basics. We've outlined the fundamental elements here on the right.
Take a look!
Does the URL make sense for the page? Does it include the keyword topic in it? Does your URL align with your website architecture?
Does the meta title include the targeted keyword topic? Is it engaging, and highlight USP's? Does it contain your branding?
Is your meta description engaging and enticing users to click through? Are you highlighting your USP's? Are you sprinkling in relevant terms to the keyword topic?
Does the H1 tag reinforce the topic of the page, and is there only one? Are your other header tags highlighting relevant terms to the keyword topic?
Is the applicable information marked up with the proper schema? Are you seeing your reviews in search results via rich snippets?
Do all of your images have alt tags so search engines can understand them? Do they have title tags just in case they don't load properly?
Does your content target the proper keywords and work in relevant keywords to the topic? Are your keywords already targeted on another page?
On-Page SEO refers to the basic, foundational changes that can be made to any page on a website to properly target keyword topics & themes. This includes but is not limited to meta title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, schema, structured data & rich snippets, and image alt and title tags. While many of these elements don't have a direct correlation to keyword ranking increases, they play a major role in improving clickthrough rate (CTR) as well as shifting the query mix your page is eligible to serve for.
When doing on-page optimization for SEO, we want to make sure you're not being spammy and stuffing your pages and titles with excessive keywords or exact match anchor text links. The key to on-page SEO is to do it in a natural way that highlights your expertise in your market.
WeSellMats originally contacted Digital Position at the end of 2019 after being completely burnt by a previous PPC agency. The previous agency spent over $10,000 for virtually NO revenue, bidding on only 1 keyword and not making a single change to the account for 3 months. We overhauled almost everything. We launched a never-before-used paid social channel and pushed a half of a million dollars in Paid Social revenue in the first 8 months. In short, we completely transformed their business.

SEO is one of the most undervalued services in Digital Marketing. The ROAS is typically much higher in SEO than other forms of Digital Marketing because the traffic comes without any recurring ad cost. SEO firms like ours have mastered Google's best practices, we monitor trends, and we know what on-page SEO opportunities are going to drive long-term success.
On-page SEO is built into all our SEO packages. We offer an agile service meaning if you needed a lot of upfront on-page SEO work, we’d be able to complete all that at the beginning before diving into other areas of SEO.
Not unless we're on a revenue share model! We understand that every client has unique needs. For example, should you want to start with more engagement in the beginning of the campaign to address your on-page SEO needs, then scale back a bit to stay within budget, we could arrange for that! We would just need 30-day’s notice for the change in arrangement.
Our packages that cater to on-page SEO start at $1,500/mo. unless we agree on a revenue share model together. We provide best-in-class service, so we understand that this might not always integrate with a smaller business budget.
Every client starts with a month-to-month agreement with a 30-day opt out. We don't want you to stay with us because you're contractually obligated to, we want you to stay with us because you want to! The average SEO client remains with Digital Position for 3.5 years (yup), so we're not worried about locking our clients into a long-term deal. Come join our family and we think you won't want to leave.
We didn't like any of the "stock" reporting solutions out there, so we built our own! We use a proprietary software called DataPulse, built from the ground up by our team. You will be able to log into it to see your metrics in real-time. We then typically send a monthly SEO report with an analysis of the metrics, a summary of projects completed the previous month, and the projects for the upcoming month. Then we hop on a monthly call to go through it and prioritize. Custom reporting options and a more frequent cadence of calls are absolutely an option.
